Senior Manager of Operations & Impact at TechBirmingham

Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Operations & Impact at TechBirmingham, Anna Topping plays a pivotal role in fortifying Birmingham's tech community through diverse programming and ecosystem-level initiatives. Most notably, Anna has been a co-leader on impactful projects like the Birmingham Tech Council and annual Sloss Tech conference, and is described as the "machine that powers TechBirmingham," expertly executing tasks with a keen eye on the big picture.

Anna came to Birmingham by way of Ann Arbor, Michigan, the University of Michigan’s Organizational Studies Program, and the Venture for America Fellowship. Outside of work, Anna is a curious polymath, water sports enthusiast, live music aficionado, and insatiable explorer drawn to delicious food, tea, literature, and the outdoors.
