As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cerebro NeuroTech Inc. Paolo Alejandro Catilo leads his company in developing the world's most advanced AI/ML detection software for Traumatic Brain Injuries (“TBI”) and neurocognitive diseases.

Originally from the Philippines, Paolo moved to the United States during the 1990s, along with his two siblings. What began as a career in high stakes finance on Wall Street became a focus on technology consulting on Capitol Hill, with his career spanning varying disciplines

Destined to build a career in medicine, his path pivoted again when in 2021, Paolo exited his role as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Innovation Officer of a venture-backed Swiss medical software company. This transition was fueled by a nagging thesis of combining advanced spatial computing technologies with intelligent machine learning systems, to discover and detect faint signals of neurocognitive trauma and diseases. This led to the founding of Cerebro NeuroTech. With each of its innovations, the company aims to transform the understanding and treatment of the human brain, and to mark a new era of technological and medical convergence.
