Rachel Kelley is a highly accomplished aerospace professional currently serving as Vice President of Aircraft Development and Chief Engineer at Radia, Inc. Radia is an energy company pioneering an innovative airborne transportation solution to revolutionize onshore wind. Prior to joining Radia, Rachel held several leadership roles at Boeing culminating as the Director of Engineering for Air Force One. Rachel earned an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at MIT and an MS in Engineering as a Fellow of MIT’s Leaders for Global Operations program. In 2023, she was selected as an Endeavor Entrepreneur.
