Mayor of Birmingham, AL

Randall Woodfin is Birmingham’s 30th mayor. Woodfin is a graduate of Morehouse College and Cumberland School of Law, and he previously served as president of the Birmingham Board of Education. He began his second term as mayor in 2021, and he was recently appointed by President Joe Biden to serve on the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation.
