As co-founder of Acclinate, a health tech company working to diversify clinical trials and research, Tiffany Whitlow, leads a group dedicated to serving as an advocate for the underserved. With over a decade of experience in business formation and management, operations, marketing, strategic messaging, and maximizing community engagement with target audiences, she has been able to quickly establish herself as a trusted leader and innovative young professional. Her experience in community engagement and problem-solving has proven to be integral to growing Acclinate and helping to catch the attention of industry insiders and investors.

Tiffany is also responsible for developing the company’s NOWINCLUDED platform which serves as a digital community that provides health-related resources for underserved populations. As seen on the platform and associated activities, Tiffany has demonstrated expertise in conducting thoughtful and relevant patient interviews that help give a voice to often overlooked communities.

Likewise, under her leadership, Acclinate has expanded to include two locations, grown its team to over 30 full-time employees, and attracted significant investments from entities such as Ruthless for Good, Google for Startups Accelerator, Overline, Avalanche VC, and Techstars, culminating in a $3.5M Series Seed raise at a post-money valuation of $20M. Most recently, the company raised $7M in Series A funding to accelerate the health equity revolution.

Tiffany's personal accomplishments include being named to the 2024 Inc. Female Founders 250 list; winning the Johnson & Johnson Innovation's Maternal-fetal Immune Disorders QuickFire Challenge: Innovating for Health Equity; being featured as a Healthcare Innovator by Johnson & Johnson Innovation JLABS; and being recognized as a #LEADhER by the World Woman Foundation for her role in breaking barriers in traditionally male-dominated fields. Each of those recognitions serves as a testament to her impact and leadership within the entrepreneurial community.
