Director of Innovation Development, Alabama Power

Tiffany W. Davis has led the innovation efforts at Alabama Power since 2022. Before this influential role, she served as assistant to the president and CEO of Alabama Power Company and assistant to Alabama Power's executive vice president of Customer and Employee Services, supporting the company's efforts in labor relations, human resources products and services, safety, wellness, health and disability management for employees. Tiffany joined the Southern Company system in 2005, and has continually elevated her responsibilities roles in human resources, supporting businesses and functions across the system.

At Southern Company Gas, Davis served in a dual role as assistant to the executive vice president and chief administrative officer and as human resources manager supporting the company's corporate shared services, providing strategic leadership of the human resources direct service center integration.

Davis earned her Master of Business Administration degree from Troy University and a bachelor's degree with a concentration in human resources from the University of South Alabama. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority. She and her husband, Desmond, have two sons and reside in Birmingham, Alabama.
